Why I built WIN36

I'm Mark. I spent years looking for a golf shoe that let my feet move naturally without sacrificing performance.

I never found one.

So I decided to build it myself.

I've spent over 15,000 hours playing, practicing, and obsessing over golf. WIN36 is the shoe I wished existed all those years.

WIN36 is named for Win, my dog and the companion who walked 1,000 holes with me.

The '36' is for 36 holes in a day — the mark of someone who's actually obsessed, not just playing along.

Why I Built Win36

I’ve spent 15,000 hours chasing a better golf swing.

Like most sicko golfers, I’m still chasing improvement.

Then one day I looked down.

Every golf shoe felt stiff like a cast.

The opposite of how athletes move.

Golf is played from the ground up.

So I built something more grounding.
